Helpdesk
We operate a dedicated helpdesk covering 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday. All customers are assigned a dedicated IT team leader, to ensure that you deal with the same person day in day out. Your IT team leader has a team to back them up, ensuring there is always help from engineers who know your systems. All our support calls are answered by IT professionals, providing an instant support response. We also provide a portal for you staff to log and review all tickets in our secure helpdesk system.

We use partner relationships with HP, Cisco, Dell, Microsoft, VMware (amongst others) and deal directly with authorised distributors. This ensures we can give your business the best price possible.
