Alongside the closure e-mails that get sent from the helpdesk, DTCS has been including an optional 'one-click' feedback system for the last 3 months. This has generated quite a lot of interest and is providing us with a lot of constructive feedback and allows us to track both team and individual engineer performance.
It is easy for any company to assume that they are doing well. It is only when you allow people to respond that you get the true picture of how they perceive your company and the service you provide. As the diagram shows, we are pleased that the clients are receiving the level of service that is expected from a professional IT company.

The scale for feedback is rated from 1 to 10. We have decided that the categories should be represented as follows. 'Positive' rating being scored 8 or more, 'Neutral' being scored 7 and 'Negative' being scored 6 or less.
As well as the numerical feedback, we are also collecting and evaluating other comments and observations that help us to provide the best possible IT service to you. These comments are invaluable when it comes to our perception in the wider marketplace.
