DTCS are Microsoft, Symantec, Cisco, Citrix and Messagelabs/Star partners and all the engineering team benefit from a range of Microsoft, Symantec, Cisco and Citrix certifications. This enables us to cover an extremely wide aspect of IT ranging from planning, implementation, installation and support through to project management and purchasing. We have extensive experience of working to tight deadlines, staged system upgrades and meeting exacting cost and availability deadlines. As we are a partner with one of the biggest IT suppliers in Europe we also provide excellent quality hardware and software at competitive prices.

We can provide support both on-site and remotely which cuts down travelling costs as well as a series of daily checks and emergency 24hr cover for business critical hardware and processes. With a team of engineers based in Grantham we are well placed to cover clients and issues over Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Cambridgeshire and Rutland.

Support can be provided in a variety of ways to suit your budget. Adhoc support that is charged per hour (or part thereof), prepaid support agreements that lets you purchase ‘blocks’ of time at a discount or a full service agreement that runs with a monthly charge.
