Our 24x7 support service can also be tailored for businesses which might run several shifts throughout the day but not a full 24x7 business. This can be setup to fit your exact timescales and requirements and a solution configured for your companies needs.

Example: Company A requires support coverage for critical infrastructure from 0500 until 2000 but does not want to pay the cost of full 24x7 coverage. No problem. We simply charge for the hours which you need support for outside of our 8 till 6 normal office hours.
